Based in Worcester, Massachusetts, RICA provides holistic support and passionate advocacy for refugees and immigrants as they navigate the challenges and opportunities of building a new life. Our purpose goes beyond addressing immediate needs. We work alongside individuals and families to help them develop the stability, confidence, connections, and opportunities needed to move forward with dignity, purpose, and resilience.
