Abdul Aziz

Case Manager

As a trilingual and community-focused professional, I bring over three years of experience supporting vulnerable populations in refugee environments and continuing that work through volunteer service in Worcester, Massachusetts. My passion lies in helping people overcome language and system barriers — especially non-English speaking Somali individuals — by assisting with social navigation, medical appointments, housing support, school enrollment and more.

I thrive in diverse, high-pressure settings and excel at building trust across cultural and linguistic lines. Whether in a formal role or as a volunteer, I’m committed to advocacy, clear communication, and connecting underserved communities with the resources they need to thrive.
